• Technical engineer electrical or mechanical
• Min 10 years of experience in a project drafting or project management position ideally in
the hospitality or retail field
• Experience in ownership of facility contracts and industrial management
• Balanced technical & management profile
• Knowledge Certifications Breeam, Leed
• Experience in use of CMMS management programs
• Knowledge of local compliance requirements
