Job Criteria (Essential):
• Mining Engineering degree
• 10+ years underground hard rock experience (Technically strong underground professional who can execute, not just plan)
• Proven mine planning and production background
• Strong commercial and reconciliation discipline
• Leadership capability in remote or challenging environments
(Preferable):
• PNG or developing-country experience
• Restart or turnaround exposure
• Deswik / Leapfrog / Datamine proficiency
• Strong geotechnical awareness
