Job Criteria requirements: • A degree in Geology. • 8–12+ years’ experience in underground gold mining, ideally within structurally complex, high-grade vein systems. • Advanced, practical experience with Leapfrog for structural and orebody modelling. • Working knowledge of Deswik for mine planning and reconciliation (desirable but not essential). • Strong understanding of underground grade control, face mapping, sampling techniques, and reconciliation workflows. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with mine operations and planning teams. • A safety-first mindset and high professional standards. • Working experience in PNG, in gold mine underground operations.
