Core Qualifying Criteria:
• Bachelor's Degree in (Civil/Mech/Electrical) Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Excellent command of the Greek (Mandatory) and English languages.
• Minimum [7-10] years of proven experience in construction projects (Civil, MEP, High-Rise, Resorts, Villas)
• Familiar with FIDIC contracts & Design & Build
• Knowledge of subcontract agreements.
• Previous experience in site supervision is mandatory.
