Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 10 years’ experience, 6/7 years in UAE
Building experience ( Civil + MEP + Firefighting , High-rise & villas)
AutoCAD
Take-off measurements from drawings Estimate @ UAE rates
Variation & payment certificates, Retention etc.
Knowledge about bonds, insurance & warranty
Familiar with FIDIC contracts & Design & Build
Optional – Knowledge of subcontract agreements
