Skills and Experience:
・ Min with a Degree in any studies.
・ At least 10 years of progressive work experience in full cycle HR Management and at least 3 years in a management capacity
・ Experience working in financial industry.
・ Experience in fast-paced and high-growth multinational organizations
・ Strong understanding of HR processes, procedures, and best practices as well as employment laws
・ Experience leading the HR function and working under minimum guidance
・ Fluency in English language
・Credible experience serving as a strategic business partner to organizational leaders across all facets of HR including talent acquisition, total rewards, employee/industrial relations, learning and development, and people and performance management.
・ Expertise in designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
・Knowledgeable about identifying, tracking, analyzing, and improving key HR performance metrics/KPIs
・ Ability to develop and nurture relationships across departments.
