Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or master’s preferred. - 10+ years of progressive supply chain/procurement experience, with at least 5 years in EPC (transmission/substation projects). - Strong expertise in high-voltage equipment, substation materials procurement and the reacted civil needs. - Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and risk management. - Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), logistics software, and procurement tools. - Professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM, PMP) are a plus. - Gulf experience, KSA, and Saudi electricity company specifications are preferred. - Generation projects experience is a plus
