Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field;
• Solid experience, including hands-on experience, in the capital and construction/projects
industry;
• Experience in working on high capital Expenditure and complex building development projects;
• Management experience;
• Excellent people management and leadership skills to manage and lead strong-minded people;
• Highly developed communication and relationship skills to manage/build/develop internal
and external relationships with a range of parties.
